These terms apply to rethinkaesthetics.com and to booking and receiving treatments at Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness, 496 Plandome Road, Manhasset, NY 11030. By using the website or booking an appointment you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the website is for
The treatment pages, prices and answers on this website are general information about the services we offer. They are not medical advice, and reading them does not make you a patient of the practice. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is decided at an in-person consultation with Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, after a review of your health history. Results described on the site are typical outcomes; individual results vary.
Consultations and appointments
New patients receive a complimentary consultation. Appointments are booked through our online booking page or by call or text. Please arrive on time and tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another patient. Details of the appointment policy, including any deposit or late-cancellation charge, are provided when you book.
Eligibility
Treatments are offered to adults. Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian present at the consultation and for any treatment we agree to provide. We may decline or postpone a treatment when it would be inappropriate, for example during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection or with a medical condition that raises the risk.
Prices and payment
Prices published on the site are starting prices and may change without notice. The exact cost of your treatment is confirmed in writing at your consultation before anything is scheduled. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a package or payment plan has been agreed in writing; the terms of packages, payment plans and gift certificates are provided at purchase. Rethink does not bill insurance; itemized receipts are provided on request.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give complete and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies and previous treatments, to follow the preparation and aftercare instructions you receive, and to contact us promptly with any concern after a treatment.
Text messages
When you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness may send you text messages at the number you provided: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional offers or updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness or are licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use requires our written permission. Patient reviews shown on the site come from Google and reflect the experience of the individual reviewer.
Third-party services
The site links to services we do not control, including Instagram, Google Maps and our scheduling page. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
