Consultation and assessment

Tami reviews your weight history, goals, diet, activity, medications and allergies, and examines the areas you want to treat. She confirms that Sculpt & Slim fits your goal, or recommends weight management or fat dissolving injections where they fit better, and explains the schedule, the expected pace of change and the cost of the course. Measurements and photographs are taken.

Your plan

The plan sets the areas, the frequency (weekly or biweekly for six to eight weeks) and the nutrition and activity basics that make the injections worthwhile: adequate protein, hydration, sleep and regular movement. Where useful, B12 or IV support is added, and patients in the weight program fold the sessions into their check-ins.

The injections

The area is cleansed and the blend is injected in a few small, quick injections into the target area or the muscle, a few seconds each. Most patients describe a brief sting and a feeling of warmth. No numbing is needed, and you can go straight back to your day, including exercise.

The series and review
