The practice
Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness opened as a different kind of med spa for Manhasset and Long Island's North Shore: a single treatment suite, a single provider and no waiting room. Every appointment, from a first consultation to a follow-up, is with Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, who reviews your health history, plans the treatment and performs it herself.
The menu covers aesthetic medicine and medical wellness in one place: neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, microneedling and PRP, BioRePeel, injectable skin hydration, PRP hair restoration, fat dissolving and body contouring injections, IV therapy, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, regenerative joint injections and medical weight management. Each treatment has its own page with details, published starting prices and answers to the questions patients ask most.
The approach is conservative by design. Plans consider the whole face so treated areas stay in proportion, changes are introduced in stages, and Tami says plainly when a treatment would not help. Starting prices are published on the site, and the exact cost is written into your plan before anything is booked. Patients come from Manhasset, Great Neck, Port Washington, Garden City and across Nassau County, and select treatments are available as VIP home visits in Queens.
Your provider
Tami Abramov is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness. Before specializing in aesthetic medicine she worked in emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management: settings that demand precise needle technique, careful assessment and calm decisions under time pressure. She brings the same habits to aesthetic and wellness care.
Her consultations start with what you want to change and what you want to keep. She examines skin, symmetry, volume and movement in natural light, explains what a treatment can and cannot do, and writes down the plan with costs. On treatment days she places every injection herself, checks in at two weeks where a treatment needs it, and adjusts the plan as your face and goals change over the years.
Tami lives and works on the North Shore, and most new patients come to the practice by referral from existing ones.
Why Rethink
You see the same practitioner at your consultation, your treatment and your follow-up visit.
FDA-approved injectables and medical-grade skin care, chosen for safety and predictable results.
Treatment plans follow your anatomy and goals, and changes are introduced gradually and in proportion.
New patients receive a complimentary in-person consultation before any treatment is planned.
Your first visit
Thirty to forty-five minutes in the suite. Tami reviews your health history and medications, examines the area you want to treat and listens before recommending anything.
Which treatments fit, in what order, what each costs and what to expect. You take the plan home or start the same day if the schedule allows.
Every injection, needle pass and infusion is performed by Tami. Most treatments take 30 to 45 minutes, and aftercare instructions are explained before you leave.
A two-week check where a treatment needs it, then a maintenance schedule set around your results, your calendar and your budget.
