Aesthetic Injectables
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify soften expression lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes while keeping natural movement. Results typically last three to four months.
Overview
Great Neck sits directly west of Manhasset, and many of our patients live in Great Neck Plaza, Kings Point, Great Neck Estates, Kensington, Russell Gardens, Saddle Rock, Thomaston and Lake Success. Rethink offers the treatments a medical spa is known for: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP and IV therapy. Every visit is with the same board-certified provider, one patient at a time, in a private suite on Long Island’s North Shore, with a written plan and published prices.
Great Neck residents book for the same reasons as our Manhasset neighbors: a natural result from someone who reviews health history before injecting, appointments that start on time, and a short drive that fits between school pickup and dinner on Middle Neck Road. The office is easy to reach from both sides of the peninsula and from Little Neck and Douglaston in eastern Queens, where IV therapy home visits can be arranged when you book.
Treatments
Most first visits from Great Neck start with Botox or dermal fillers, followed by microneedling, peels and IV therapy. Each treatment page lists the details, published prices and FAQs.

Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eye area. Plans consider the whole face so proportions stay balanced.
Controlled micro-injuries prompt new collagen, improving texture, fine lines, acne scars and enlarged pores over a series of sessions, with PRP as an option.
Immunity, Beauty and Hydration IV drips deliver fluids, vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream for energy, recovery and skin health.

Why Rethink
Every treatment is planned and performed by Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a clinical background in emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management. She reviews your health history and medications before the first injection and sees you herself at every visit.
The suite sees one patient at a time, so there is no waiting room and no overlap with other appointments. Prices are published on every treatment page, plans are written down with costs before anything is scheduled, and Great Neck patients reach the office on Northern Boulevard without touching the Long Island Expressway.
