Tami asks what bothers you and what you want to avoid, reviews your health history, medications and previous treatments, and examines the area in natural light: skin quality, symmetry, volume and movement. Wellness visits cover energy, sleep, weight history, joint pain and recovery goals.
You leave with a written plan: which treatments fit, in what order, what each costs and what to expect.

How the consultation works
Consultations take 30 to 45 minutes at 496 Plandome Road in Manhasset and can be combined with a first treatment.

Book and prepare
Book online or call or text (516) 464-0057. Bring a list of medications and supplements and, if you have them, photographs of yourself from a few years ago. Arrive without heavy makeup if you want your skin assessed.

Assessment and plan
Tami listens first, then examines and photographs the area. She explains which treatments would address your concern, which would waste your money, and writes the plan with a price for each step.

Your decision
Treatment can start the same day if you are ready and the schedule allows; otherwise you take the plan home. Nobody calls to sell. When you book, the plan is already on file.

Consultations are led by Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a background in emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management. The person who assesses you is the person who treats you.
The practice sees one patient at a time in a private suite in Manhasset and serves Great Neck, Port Washington, Garden City and Nassau County. There is no sales staff; Tami writes every plan herself.

Do I need a consultation before Botox or filler?
Yes, at your first visit. The health review and the dose plan happen at the consultation, and the treatment can follow immediately if you are ready.
Can I be treated on the same day?
Often. If the schedule allows and the assessment confirms the plan, most injectable and wellness treatments start right after the consultation. Mention it when you book so the time is reserved.
