Overview
Port Washington, Sands Point, Baxter Estates, Manorhaven, Port Washington North and Flower Hill share the peninsula north of Manhasset, and Plandome Road connects them to the office. Rethink offers the treatments a medical spa is known for: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP, injectable skin hydration and IV therapy. Every visit is with the same board-certified provider, one patient at a time, in a private suite, with a written plan and published prices.
Port Washington patients often come for skin: hydration and texture after summers on the water, Botox and filler before a season of events, and IV drips or vitamin injections when energy dips. Appointments start on time, most treatments take 30 to 45 minutes, and the drive down Port Washington Boulevard or Plandome Road is short enough to fit before a train or after school pickup. Patients from across Nassau County’s North Shore use the same schedule.

Why Rethink
Every treatment is planned and performed by Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose clinical background is in emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management. She reviews your health history and medications before the first injection and sees you herself at every visit.
One patient at a time means no waiting room and no rushed appointments. Prices are published on every treatment page, plans are written with costs before anything is scheduled, and the suite is a short, familiar drive for most Port Washington residents.
