Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness is a small medical practice in Manhasset, New York. Every treatment is planned and performed by Tami Abramov, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose clinical background includes emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management. The practice combines aesthetic treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers with facial balancing, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP and fat-dissolving injections with wellness services such as IV hydration, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, body-contouring injections and medical weight management.
Appointments take place in a private treatment suite with one patient at a time. Each visit starts with a conversation about your goals and health history, followed by a plan that fits your anatomy, your skin and your schedule. Tami Abramov is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness. Before specializing in aesthetic medicine she worked in emergency medicine, interventional radiology and pain management, settings that demand precise injection technique, careful assessment and calm decision-making. She brings the same standards to aesthetic and wellness care.
Tami performs every treatment herself. Consultations are unhurried and begin with your goals and health history, and she explains what a treatment can and cannot do before anything is scheduled. Her approach favors gradual, proportionate changes: softening lines while preserving expression, restoring volume where the face has lost it and supporting skin quality over the long term. Many patients from Manhasset, Great Neck, Port Washington and Garden City come to the practice by referral.

A day spa offers relaxation services such as massage and basic facials. At Rethink Aesthetics & Wellness every treatment is planned and performed by a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and each plan starts with a review of your health history.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. New patients receive a complimentary consultation at the Manhasset office. Tami reviews your goals and health history, examines the areas you want to address and explains suitable options, costs and expected results before anything is booked.
How long do Botox and dermal filler results last?
Neuromodulators such as Botox typically last three to four months. Hyaluronic acid fillers last from about six months to two years depending on the product, the area treated and how quickly your body metabolizes it. Maintenance schedules are set individually at your follow-up.
How much do treatments cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment and the amount of product used. Current starting prices are neuromodulators from $12 per unit, dermal fillers from $600 per syringe, microneedling from $350, BioRePeel from $250, vitamin injections from $40, IV drips from $150 and PRP hair restoration from $400. You receive an exact quote at your complimentary consultation, and treatment packages and payment plans are available.
Do you offer medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications?
Yes. Medical weight management at Rethink begins with a consultation and lab review. Where appropriate, Tami prescribes GLP-1 medications alongside nutrition guidance and regular check-ins, and monitors progress and side effects throughout the program.
